Outdoor Soccer
GENERAL:
Players in the U8-U18 (Born 2007-2018) age groups looking to register for outdoor soccer will do so via the Central Registration Portal on the Winnipeg Phoenix Football Club (WPFC) website.

MINI SOCCER REGISTRATION
2026 Timbits Mini Soccer Season
Registration for players in the U4-7 (Born 2019 - 2022) will run March 1, 2026 - Monday, April 15th, 2025 via http://bronxparkcc.rampregistrations.com/participant/2026micro
Registration fee is $140.00 and the MSA fee is $20.00. Registration is through Winnipeg Phoenix Football Club (WPFC). The late fee for registration is $50.00.
In Person Registration will be held on Monday, March 23, 5:00 pm - 7:30 pm at Bronx Park CC.
Bronx Park CC Timbits soccer games are every Monday and Wednesday starting on Monday, May 4th, 2026 until Wednesday, June 24th, 2026.

Coaches who have completed these steps and have an up to date account with current background checks do not need to repeat. Coaches are asked to review their RAMP account for any missing information.
- Prior to the start of the season, each coach must apply for a name-based criminal record check from the Canadian Police Information Centre (CPIC) system. Proof of submission must be provided to the club immediately upon application. Note that the City of Winnipeg Police or RCMP are the only approved providers of this service. This check MUST include the vulnerable sector check. (Sterling is NOT a recognized provider) Clubs shall be responsible for ensuring that a copy of the results of these checks are obtained as quickly as possible. Clubhouse@phoenixsoccer.ca Winnipeg Phoenix Football Club www.phoenixsoccer.ca; When the clearances are received, an electronic copy must be uploaded by the coach to their profile on RAMP.
- Prior to the start of the season, obtain from the Facility Manager at Bronx Park CC or ask the soccer convenor for a Child Abuse Registry Check (CAR) application. If you complete the form and hand it into Bronx Park CC together with two pieces of ID (driver's licence and Manitoba Health or SIN card) Bronx Park CC will apply for the Child Abuse Registry on your behalf. When the completed documents are received an electronic copy must be uploaded by the coach to their profile on RAMP.
- Prior to the start of the season, each coach shall complete the Respect in Sport for Activity Leader course which is provided at no cost by Sport Manitoba. Coaches are required to have a RIS (Respect in Sport) number to proceed with registering as a coach. https://sportmanitoba.respectgroupinc.com/koala_final/start.jsp
- Coaches will need to register and create a profile on RAMP using the same log-in used to create their child's/family account. In order to proceed they will require a RIS (Respect in Sport number.
- Prior to the start of the season, each coach shall provide proof of enrollment in the Active Start coaching course online and in-person provided by the Manitoba Soccer Association.

Phoenix Soccer will: • Provide one “Coach Training Session” prior to the start of the season.
This is in addition to any training provided to coaches as part of the Active Start course. •
Provide coaches with access to PDF copy of the CSA Coach's Tool Kit prior to the start of the season;an electronic copy of suitable session plans prior to the start of the season
